MILO: A Journal for Serious Strength Athletes is a quarterly publication of IronMind Enterprises[1] focused on competitive powerlifting and Olympic weightlifting, but also covering techniques and stories around alternative and niche training methods such as bodyweight training, grip training, and the use of alternative tools such as rocks, cables, and improvised weights.
